Who is the best website builder and marketer?

I am looking for a reliable website builder and marketer with a reasonable price to teach me how to build a website and market it for e-commerce. I have read several books of online storefronts and I have found several companies offering this, but all seem to be a scam. Does anyone have any ideas?

Godaddy is good, research them. I know they have some functionalities that you are looking for.

I have a few websites The biggest One now im using Webstarts.com its very helpful and gets it up fast.

you should try webfolder.us,they offer free hosting plus you can pick any e commerce application and installation is simple,just one click away,or they have site builder on their control panel,you can choose the template and just fill your info.
