What’s a good free web site creator software?

I need to start working on my website again… however, when I first published it, I published on a Mac, and then my Mac got stolen so now I’m back to PC… so I need to get back to making my website, but for PC… any ideas?

Notepad. If you want something nicer, but still free, Notepad Plus or Aptana Studio. Filezilla for

BTW, you can add a network place, and that place can be your ftp location, so you can have your site appear as just another drive to your computer. It makes working on it a lot easier.
