I think the guy should hold an internet raffle for $1.00 per chance and issue about 75 million tickets for sale. Than claim he will give half of it to the charity of the winners choice, and pay about 1.5% of ticket sales to the web site creator and pocket the rest.

Anyone think this would work?
Fettucine Alfredodood you gotta lighten up. Thats where the charity part comes in, if I was running a charity, I would like to see 37.5 million dollars come my way anyday. Barry makes enough money and would understand, trust me on that one.

Absolutely. I have no desire for anything Barry Bonds, but for a buck, why not. It’s the same as playing the lottery. If I won the ball, I would turn around and sell it myself …. or maybe do another lottery :)

its barry bonds baseball, if i caught it (swear to god) i’d give it right back to him for nothing, when i was 12, i hit a game winning homerun to win a tournament, my teamates dad went to left field and threaten to beat up another 12 year old so he could give me the ball, i can’t explain how happy i was to get the ball, barry bonds deserves the baseball, its no one elses, people who try to get something for it are selfish a holes who only want to benefit themselves

personal opinio

I personally think that is just to complicated. All he should do is sell it on eBay, charge a TON for shipping and handling, and make an easy 5 million dollars.

Are people dictating what the fortunate person should do with the ball? I couldn’t care less what they think!

Unless you caught it, just let it go and leave him alone. Sounds like sour grapes!
