There are several, but it would be to your advantage if you could learn HTML or XHTML and/or a scripting language, such as JavaScript and CSS, so that you do not rely on third-party software to make a website.

There are many ways to create a free website but usually they are supported by ads. Do you want your own domain or will ads be ok?

To make a webpage there are many tools available. I suggest using Coffeecup free html editor and you using an existing template (free ones abound) to make your own site unless you are comfortable with html, java etc..

Microsoft Office Live Small Business has a very good free, easy to use website designer. While it’s targeted at small businesses, it works very well for charities, non-profits, hobby sites, etc. This is a free service and Microsoft is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourdomain.com) for the first year. If you need help with website building, there is a great support forum there to help you out, esp. with getting your site into search engines, design tips, etc. Try it out:
