What is the best FREE web creator site for a company?

I need a free web creator for my bussiness but dont like any I’ve found so far. Google, Piczo, and a few others were TOO SIMPLE I cannot use them. If you know of any that are not simple but not HTML. Or if you know of a site that helps you with HTML sites for free, maybe that gives you a list of syntax. Please, I would greatly appreciate it!!!

find one you like and start coding into either dreamweaver or notpad++

works like Dreamweaver , and it has a WYSIWYG editor as well as an HTML editor. also helps with css
