you can download openoffice. it contains a html editor like frontpage.

well there is a best software called Microsoft Frontpage,buy and learn it and you will be creating a website,you cant download it but you can buy from computer shops.

Visual Web Developer Express.

Truly free, and TRULY a web editor tool, unlike OpenOffice or (god forbid) FrontPage.

(Requires the .Net framework to be installed (also free, but big))

There’s also CoffeeCup (http://www.coffeecup.com/ )… or learn HTML and get a simple text editor, like NotePad++ (http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/uk/site.htm )
