Other free website creators aside from geocities?

This is the second time geocities failed me.It says page is temporarily shut down.Any other suggestions aside from geocities or tripod I can make a fast loading website that doesnt go web traffic?

If you want your own domain name try: 1 and 1

or Office Live (requires Hotmail account)http://officelive.microsoft.com/officelivebasic.aspx

They’re both free.

If you don’t mind having a subdomain,
try Google
or Blogger
or Freewebs

Whoever your ISP is, should provide you with 10Mb± of personal web space. I am with Cox Cable and they allow me 10Mbs per email address. I have 40Mb set aside for files and data I need to access on the road or to link to websites. Check with your ISP or the TOS on the ISP’s website.
