This guy can do it all with flash
He can design flash games, flash graphics, flash websites, flash applications, etc. Also he’s really affordable, charges around $15 an hour and that’s cheap compared to other people who charge $25+ an hour.

Chris Georgenes is your man.
He has two websites, is Adobe certified, has several online tutorials on Adobe.com and is the author of a flash animation book.
