say if someone with a small company is too lazy or too busy to make their own website, would it be legal for them to pay me to make a website for them with a website maker like Weebly.com as apposed to making it with my own html?

I am currently looking for a web designer. Since I have a degree in Graphic Design, I tend to be very high end and focus on the design and let the designer worry about the function.

In my opinion, whatever tool you use to make a website is your business but make you sure that you are being professional and loyal.

Like you said if the person is too “lazy” or too busy to design the website themselves, that’s what you are for. But if you are using free and/or cheap tool, you might as well charge a lower price than what you would have if you were using those high-priced software like Adobe, Dreamwaver, and the other ones.

In my opinion, you may not get too many customers if you follow this approach. If you’re not adept at html you can always use a WYSIWYG type program like BlueVoda.

I’m in the website selling business as well, and I just sold a PR4 website for $650, after outsourcing design modifications and content writing. After all was accounted for, I made about $450 profit on the site. Not bad for getting a lot of the hard work done for me.

If you want to learn more, I detail this step-by-step as bonus material for purchasing my ‘make money online’ info for $4.99 on my website. This info deals with ways to make money without spending it.
