I don’t know what you have to work with, but using an FTP program such as CuteFTP would help with uploading, and a webpage program such as Dreamweaver that has a design mode to help aid you in where to place things and add links to them if desired. I strongly recommend learning the basics of HTML, if you haven’t already.
