All these people made their own sims. I tried using the sims creator that comes with the sims 2, but it doesn’t even have any of the stuff that those people used!!
How do I make the custom hair, and the custom clothes??!!

I take it you have it for the Playstation? if you have it for the PS2, you can’t do it. These people modded their games that they have on their PC. You can’t mod console games unless you modchip the console, but even that won’t do it. PC games = moddable as long as they’re offline. Especially the Sims and Oblivion.
First of all, these people didn’t really create anything. They only downloaded “parts” and put them together to get the desired effect!
