It is not actually in the software that you use. Its more important to first design your website and know exactly what you want to put in it.

Actually, I believe you are doing it correctly, like checking it out first before you upload it.

I suggest you browse the web for some personal sites and corporate site which were designed by professional website designers so you would have ideas how you would like your site to look before you upload it…
