say if someone with a small company is too lazy or too busy to make their own website, would it be legal for them to pay me to make a website for them with a website maker like Weebly.com as apposed to making it with my own html?

Website such as justin.tv; facebook.com; and/or myspace.com are big hits. Does the creator of facebook make money? If so, how does he/she get paid?

What is the best website creator for a site that I can sell products on? I am talking about a website creator that is not free and is really good. Any suggestions?
