i made a forum for my clan site on the free website site, Webs. I cant find out how to make myself the site founder or administrator!

can i create my own web site full/permanant free.
tell me how can i do it. i realiy want critent my own website for share

I have currently used Geocities and Matmice.com and neither are really that good. What would you suggest?

What happens if somone created a site, Icarly.com, and it would be a *** **** site, and it was created in 2006, then the children show icarly will be released in 2007. What will happen to the site? Will the creator try to buy the site from the guy?

Im looking for a website all about Mario & Luigi with information about them and there creator.

I want to create a website to hold my pictures and videos of my family, as well as stories (password protected). Where is easy, most creative and best in terms of housing info? I’m an amateur to web page creation, but not afraid of the internet, software learning, and computers in general.
I know there are hundreds — and I’m willing to pay money if it’s worth it for extras. I have about a list of 20 so far, but I have no clue what’s the best of the best in terms of my novice experience, photos/video posting ease, colorful options, service, etc. Thoughts?
