I’m creating a D20 RPG and I have most of the details fleshed out with solid concepts and even mock-ups and maps. I need a good site to help with references and to fill in some gaps I may have missed.

Please help me, I am stuck with the Pokemon emerald, Ruby, and Sapphire card creators and since we are in the Pokemon diamond and pearl era they just don’t cut it. I am looking for a URL or a direct link to a site. If it is a FREE downloadable software, even better!
