I tried to download this one particular picture I created and put on my photobucket but it never seems to work no matter what site I go to. I want it to be my background.

I am 14 years old, but I can code HTML, CSS, and more. I was thinking about creating a myspace layout website. But I dont know if Im creative enough to make all the layouts myself. I dont know anyone who can make layouts other then myself, so I was thinking about taking layouts from other sites and giving the creator credit. Would that work?

So, lets say I have just made 1000 layouts and want to create a myspace layout site where these people may take these layouts for free. Lets say Coolchaser.com. Would it be illegal to take the 1000 layouts I made on Coolchaser and put them on my own website? If so, please tell me how I can make it legal. Thanks
