I want to make a site like Fanfiction.Net, but all I can find are sites that won’t let me upload files n such. Oh and soemthing that lets people sign up and stuff. If you have anything for me, please tell me.

I’m doing a project for summer school, and I have to make a short biography of Matsuri Hino, a manga artist. Does anyone know any good sites that contain her birthdate, full life, and achievements? I searched on Google, but I couldn’t find any good answers. Thanks!
