If a software developer (or web service firm) creates a product or online service (such as an application, or a service like YouTube or MySpace), lawyers need to write all of the Terms of Use and conditions legal documents, as well as assist in future partnerships with other companies.

Is anyone out there either a lawyer who has experience in this field or has developed web applications or personal computer software that can reference a firm or a place to find one?

I just wondered how and from where they earn money and profit?
Such as the creator of www.yahoo.com, www.wikipedia.org, www.amazon.com??
and why did they create the website?

I am looking for a good freeware flight simulator program that is both realistic and fun that I can get for free without having to become a member of the creators website or any other website for that matter.

A friend and I are creating a website together and have bought an account with ipower. However, we consider the online website creators they have inadequate, so we are looking for another PREFERABLY FREE way for us to both design the same website without having to always go to the same computer to access the website builder. What is sytem is there for this?

and paste……Ive tried Import -from the movie maker and that only takes me to a place where I have saved items in a folder.
Also I tried adding music to the videos that they have for samples just to test it out and I cant add songs that ive downloaded to my computer from any of the players? I Cant make any movies….HELP!!!

and it says the name of the website developer on your URL, instead, i want it like this: yahoo.com

doesn’t say anything! just your URL and not the website creator’s name, like “synthasite”, anyone got anything? Please???

I’ve started making videos with my new software (Power Director 3) but because of the music I use it violates some form of copyright, so Youtube mutes the video, which defeats the point. I want to put together my own site to host them on, but they are over 100MB and none of the sites I’ve found will let me upload files that big. Has anyone got any suggestions of sites I could try? Or is there a way around youtube’s copyright blocker?
