I am helping out a friend, and he needs to know what is the best website creator (ex: freewebs, etc) to create a website for selling stuff online with paypal, credit cards, etc.

My boss requested I find a Web Page Creator that let’s me publish the page to a different server.

(We are using VISI as the server it’s supposed to go to).

Can someone help me find a tool that will let me do this, I tried like Yahoo SiteBuilder and it said I had to publish it to a yahoo page.
