I normally use photobucket.com and paint to make my banners, but it’s not the quality I’d like. I’m trying to find a method of making the banners with the slide show type picture changes. Any good sites where I can find materials or methods to put good banners together is my goal.

Im wanting to make a website and I don’t know which website creator to use to do so. I have looked at a few but I figured the yahoo answers community more than I did. It is just going to be a gaming website.
