say if someone with a small company is too lazy or too busy to make their own website, would it be legal for them to pay me to make a website for them with a website maker like Weebly.com as apposed to making it with my own html?
Does anybody know a web site make that isn’t cheesy, is free, allows to build forums, and enforces the whole sign in stuff. Whenever I ever I find a convinceable creator, I always get ripped off.
