I am interested in creating a website with a free provider. Something that is easy to operate but gives options for a more in depth design. Ive taken some courses to design and so i am looking to put a site together for friends and such to see, and possibly to use as an online portfolio.

I am having trouble placing things where I want them and creating links as well as uploading photos? Any suggestions would be great.

I want to make a website, but i cant find anythat seem safe. I would like it to be free, or cheap. Thank you
